TCB is a "Christian minded" membership organization where an experienced facilitator guides participants towards improved church impact and performance and a better life/ministry balance for the pastor. TCB encourages and builds a network of other pastors and a stronger relationship with God.

TCB affords pastors of churches an avenue to address their challenges, and opportunities in a secure and confidential setting.  As a group, we meet regularly, share our life, church and faith experiences and encourage one another to take action and benefit from new ideas. 

Do you ever feel alone in your church? No more!  In a TCB meeting  you are given uninterrupted time to share your issues, experiences, and successes with people who most likely have dealt with similar situations. You benefit from the hands-on advice of your peers. Your TCB facilitator also challenges you to take action to create specific goals.
